our mission
Set out and solve the single biggest issue that has plagued the indoor ag industry both financially and operationally; undersized and/or underperforming mechanical systems. The Urban Farms team has been trialing, testing, and troubleshooting indoor ag HVAC systems extensively for the past 5 years.
We have streamlined an end-to-end solution that we now know works reliably for the indoor applications with one of the largest OEMS in the HVAC industry, AAON. The combination of Urban Farms industry experience, and the scalability of a proven AAON platform make our solution a recipe for success. One of the most important elements of our business is that we bring operational expertise and application specific experience that other manufacturers simply don’t have.
Secondarily, we have more substantive data to prove our systems work reliably under all conditions. We treat each project and grow operation as an ecosystem. We ensure that all environmental criteria and KPIs are analyzed in detail which in turn driven reliable equipment selections and the desired performance. Our adept team of SME’s is geared up and prepared to help at any capacity. We are a firm believe that all decisions in this industry should data driven and not left to speculation.
As a result, we are empowering all prospective customers with the information they need to feel comfortable about their equipment selections and investments. If there are specific load simulations or simulations desired, we guarantee we can test it and validate it.
